My day of fun and learning with school children in Islamabad

Nelson Mandela once said: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.â€
Unfortunately, one in every 10 of the world’s children who don’t go to school live in Pakistan.Â
But as a Global Youth Ambassador for A World at School, I am here to work with policymakers, social activists and youth to put every child into school.
I visited Saya School and spent a day of fun, learning and sports activities with the school kids. Saya School is a private institution set up with the help of donations for the children of the slums area near F-12, Islamabad.
One of the best moments was introducing smartphones to these children who have never seen such a gadget. I taught them about playing Subway Surfers on it.
It reminds me of my childhood and I am proud to say that I feel a bright future ahead.
